Integrative Massage and Body Therapy
My focus tends to be on the fascia and muscular systems, the gravitational pull on our bodies, and how it functions and influences the pain patterns on our bodies. In addition, I have integrated the many different workshops in the personal growth and development field I have participated in, as I believe in self actualization, congruency, and treating the whole person.
