Trish Miller, LCSW, is a psychotherapist offering holistic counseling services to individuals, couples, families and groups. She practices Self-Acceptance Training, a body-centered psychotherapy technique that includes gestalt, bioenergetics and guided imagery. Seeking deep healing and lifelong transformation, Trish teaches clients to explore and break patterns that prevent authentic living. She guides clients in connecting with their intuitive inner wisdom and their energetic grounding with the earth.

mirrorTrish has studied with local, national and international spiritual healers in her exploration of soul-centered transformation. She is gifted in compassionate explorations of the stuck places in our lives. Trish teaches clients to examine the history of self-defeating patterns in a gentle and truthful manner. Trish has expertise in assisting clients in reconnecting with their feelings, senses and bodies in order to create shifts on a cellular level. Trish challenges clients to take risks in feeling through wounds and defenses in order to release old emotional energy and live in the present moment.

statTrish treats mood and anxiety disorders in a holistic manner. She has expertise in women's issues including postpartum depression and midlife transition. Trish also has extensive experience in counseling adolescents and families working with family and marital conflicts in a systemic manner. Trish assists clients in clarifying and strengthening emotional and physical boundaries creating healthy relationships with self and others.

Trish Miller, LCSW is a state-licensed social worker. She has over 15 years of experience in the mental health field. Her study and practice of dance, meditation and yoga deeply influence her work.
